About Phillip

I come from a rich lineage in the real estate industry, with my grandfather and father both serving as builders and developers. My mother thrived as a real estate agent in Blue Springs, and my sister is a skilled real estate attorney. This extensive family background has equipped me with deep knowledge of the new construction process from start to finish.

As a dedicated agent in the Kansas City market, I specialize in new construction homes and take pride in helping my clients navigate their next move. In addition to my real estate career, I founded Maverick Remodeling in 2017, which has successfully complemented my expertise in real estate. This combination of skills allows me to offer a unique perspective to my clients, ensuring they make informed decisions every step of the way.

Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of three wonderful children and a playful dog. I love spending my downtime playing golf and taking trips to Florida to visit family. I like short walks on the beach, not long because it's hot. I also make time for the gym to stay active and healthy.
